New Product: Mackerel Fillets in organic Dijon mustard sauce 120g
Our distributor in France, Destination-Centre Cafeologie, has presented at the Biofach a new product from the organic ingredients' canned seafood line Pain de Mer: the mackerel fillet in organic Dijon mustard sauce.
Skinless and boneless fillets, from sustainable fisheries, line caught and cleaned and packed by hand in traditional Dijon mustard sauce. This mustard comes directly from France and has been compiled from original grains from the organic farming in the area of Dijon.
First productions were allocated to the French market, forseeing its incorporation to the Central European market in the coming months.
