Our proposal
Since its beginnings in the traditional salted fish industry in the second decade of the twentieth century, the Pérez Lafuente family has been committed to the rational management of the fishery resources in the Galician coast. During all these years, the obsession with quality has remained coupled with the growing concern about the deterioration of the fisheries and environmental conditions of our waters. We believe that today the commitment is more necessary than ever and that's the reason we want to assume our responsibility in preserving the wealth of our seas for future generations.
